Every painting is painted by an experienced, professional artist using traditional methods.  When the painting is half done, we will send you a “process photo.”  When the painting is completed, we will send you a “finished photo” for your approval.  If you are not happy with the painting, we will make corrections as you direct until it meets your approval.  We ship only after receiving your approval.

If you have any special requests for a painting, please write those in the “comments” section when you place your order.  If you have another image that you would like the artist to work from, please E-mail us the title of your order number.

 
Shipment:
We ship the paintings only by reputable express couriers, such as UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and EMS.  We use the most suitable carrier, depending on your destination country.  When the painting is shipped, we will send you the tracking number.  It usually takes 14-21 days to make the painting but it would be longer in peak selling season or it is a complicated painting. You will be advised when we need more time.  As a special service, we provide free shipping for all orders.
Payment:
You can pay for orders by credit card or Paypal, using our secure payment page.  For large volume orders, we will accept wire transfers.  It is 100% safe to pay for your purchase via our website.  Our shopping cart and checkout page are processed by a third-party, bank-authorized credit card processing company.  Our website uses an SSL Certificate with 256-Bit Encryption to secure all data and transactions.  No one can see your credit card information.
 
Packing:
For canvas oil paintings, we pack them in a strong, protective, elegant gift tube.  Framed oil paintings are first sealed in a plastic bag, and then put into a box with an inner lining.  Our paintings are of the highest quality, and so we protect them with high quality packing.  You will not want to throw away the packing.
 
Our guarantee:
We are so confident in the quality of our painting and service that if the painting is found to be unsatisfactory, you can return the painting for corrections or a refund.  Just put the painting in a strong mailing tube and send it back to us by regular mail.  Our refund policy is in effect for 7 Days from the date the painting arrives.  If you return the painting for a refund, you will be refunded your original payment, less 10% to cover our Free Shipping Worldwide as well as handling and restocking fees.  Thank you for understanding!
