How We Ship

Our clients are so important for us. We want to make sure that everything goes right from the day you decide to purchase from us, to the day you receive them, and even afterwards.

We ship only via reputable couriers, including UPS, DHL, FEDEX and EMS. We use the most suitable carrier for the destination country. When the painting is shipped, the tracking number will be e-mailed to our customers. It usually takes 3-4 business days to arrive. Shipping is free for all orders and all countries. If the painting is damaged, please take photos of the package with the shipping label and damaged area clearly shown. We will submit a claim to the shipping company and make new painting for you immediately. (Please note: If please try to provide us with your VAT tax code if you have, or the painting will be held up by your customs.)

How to track my order?

When the order is assigned to artists, we will add the anticipated shipping date and you can see the date in "My account" - “My order list". If the order can not be ready and shipped on time, usually, we will contact you for updating. When the painting is completed, we will email you a photo of the painting for preview.

How long does it take to reach me?

Usually, it take 3-4 weeks to make the painting and another 4-5 days in transit. It means that you will receive the painting in 4-5 weeks. When it is shopping season, it would take a little more time.

What to do if my painting is lost or damaged?

If the painting is damaged, pls take photos of the package and email to us. We will claim to the shipping company and make a new painting for you. If the painting is lost, we will refund to you or make a new painting for you plus a gift painting.

If I need declare customs by myself and pay any import tax?

You need not declare customs but if the customs or shipping company calls you to declare customs, pls contact us and we will send you the files for customs. If import taxes occured, pls kindly pay because it is the buyer`s responsibility.
