Ordering Process
Step1 - Browse our gallery and select your desired size
Check through our gallery that’s searchable by artist names, art movements, subjects, museums and nationalities. When you have found the painting you are looking for, choose a standard size or create a custom size, and add to shopping cart. For custom orders, pls click “Request a quote” to submit an inquiry and we will quote for you particularly.
Step2 - Review the shopping cart and complete the order
On the Shopping cart page, review your selections and click "Checkout" to enter your delivery address, coupon code and instruction for our aritsts, then, select a payment method to Complete the order.
Step3 - We start work on your order
We will assign the best artist for your order. Our artist will complete it within 14-21 business days. If the artist need more time to finish the painting, we will update you in advance. You can also login to your account to track the order status.
Step4 - Painting approval
When the painting is completed, we will email you a photo of the finished painting. You can then preview the painting or request improving. We will ship your painting only on receipt of your approval.
Step5 - Insured courier shipping
We ship the painting to you by UPS, DHL or Fedex and email you the tracking number. Shipping is FREE worldwide. We have insurance for each shipment. If the painting is damaged, pls take photos of the package with the shipping label and damaging area included. We will claim to the shipping company and make new paintings for you immediately.
