1: For framed order, we offer frame only for sizes not larger than 36x36inch(91x91cm, length or height of the painting can not be more than 36inch/91cm) because there is high risk of damaging in transit if the package is too large. If you still need the frame for your painting, pls email us. We will try to help find a solution for you.
2: For stretched order, the painting will be gallery-wrapped on wooden stretcher bar of 1.2inch(3cm) thickness.
3: For unframed order, the painting will be only canvas rolled in tube. The canvas will be with 3inch white border each side for framing.

When you get the painting but are not satisfied for any reasons, you are free to request a refund (minus the shipping cost) within 30 days after the delivery. You need return us the painting in original condition. We will refund you within 1 week after receivign the returning.
If you receive the package in damaged, pls claim to the courier guy and take photos of the package and painting with damaging visible. We will claim to the courier and make a newpainting for you. Thanks for your cooperation!
