shipping, the picture arrived within a few days. The only thing that stuck to the heat was 

the paper that was placed between them to protect the picture. Is it better to use

Communication with tom was prompt and easy. He customized the size for us and sent 

detailed photos to help us evaluate the work before sending. Not only the painting met
