Once it was complete they confirmed I was happy with it before they shipped it out. It came on a rolled canvas that I then got stretched and framed. Would definitely recommend this seller. The communication was excellent. Responds quickly to questions prior to purchase and keeps an eye on the shipping timing. They suggested not stretch or frame this piece so I received it rolled.
