Tom was very communicative and helpful at all stages of the process. I was shown a picture that the artist would work from, and once approved, I was then shown the final painting for approval before it was mailed to me. The painting looked even better in person and was a very accurate reproduction of The Girl With The Pearl Earring. There was a small mark in the background when i opened the package, but this wasn't in the final image I was shown so must have happened in transit so I am still very happy with my purchase!
